The home is currently an old Tuscan style house that has been well used and appreciated by the family for 16 years! Our goal is to modernize both the interior and exterior of the house to reflect the way the family has evolved now that their kids have grown. This is one of many homes for the family…the significance to my clients is that their kids grew up in this home. The property is magnificent, 1.25 acres with lush hillside providing privacy in the backyard.
My goal is to renovate this property in a fashion that removes all existence of the Tuscan style. This is the motherload of renovations and pushing the boundaries of creativity. So excited! SS
