Oh Wow, so much to say about this little cottage. I have spent my career mastering large estates. This is the first opportunity in my career to find a way to save a very old (86) year old house, modernize it, make it extremely functional and saturated in charm! I’m not going to go into the challenges of what it will take to get this work permitted with the city. I will say, it’s game on and I’m super infatuated with this challenge.
